More information on EndNote 20 is being added to the EndNote page and EndNote Tutorials. According to Clarivate, both the old and new versions can co-exist but only one can be linked to Word for CWYW and only one can automatically open text files when directly exporting from sources. When switching to EndNote 20, if you are using EndNote X9.2 or earlier, you will need to convert your library when it is opened the first time. Features such as citing in Word Online and Google Doc is on the enhancement list. More features will be released in the coming year. Please note that Help has not been updated for EndNote 20 yet.
